This is a fun class where you will learn to embellish a pre-stained gourd with lines, drill holes for light to show through, twine between precut slits with hand-dyed Danish cord and finish the top with rows of coiling. Choice of color: Rust or Turquoise.
Materials supplied: Supplies provided include pre-cut and pre-stained gourd, slits will be cut for you, 2 sizes of hand-dyed Danish cord, brad point drill bits, weaving supplies, and step-by-step colored photo instructions. The light is not provided.
Tools needed: Pencil, cordless drill, scissors, awl, apron, personal light (optional), heat tool or hair dryer, Wet Ones, art gum eraser
